Is there a right or wrong side of the mask?

Both sides of the mask work equally well but wearing the colored line facing outward looks better.

I feel there is serum left over after taking the sheet off, what now?

No worries, that’s absolutely normal. Gently massage any remaining serum over your face and neck. Try not to rinse your face after as the remaining serum will continue to absorb into your skin even after use.
