After you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link that will give you the status of your order. Please keep in mind that we need a minute to activate the link, however you should be able to see the status of the order within 24h after the link has been issued. It’s easy and only takes seconds.

1. Start with clean, dry skin.
2. Remove the mask from the sachet, unfold and place on face (either side works, but colored line facing outward looks better)
3. Leave the mask on for 20 minutes or longer if you prefer
4. Remove mask and gently massage any remaining serum over your face and neck (do not rinse your face after for maximum effect)

No, we got you. We always design with men in mind. Whether you’re clean shaven or wear a beard, the unique mask shape is specifically engineered to fit around men’s facial hair.

Not at all. The HETIME mask comes down far enough to address the areas of your face that need it most while still providing for a highly convenient wearing experience. You can also massage serum from the mask onto your chin and neck area while wearing.

Both sides of the mask work equally well but wearing the colored line facing outward looks better.

No worries, that’s absolutely normal. Gently massage any remaining serum over your face and neck. Try not to rinse your face after as the remaining serum will continue to absorb into your skin even after use.
